Our promise is that your order will be dispatched within 2 business days, but on most occasions, we dispatch same day or next day*.
We dispatch orders from our Melbourne warehouse three days a week: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (but not on Public Holidays that fall on these days). Daily cut off time is 12pm (Melbourne time).
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification advising you that your items are on their way and you will be provided with a tracking number.
We use Australia Post standard serviced to deliver your orders. All parcels are marked as authority to leave, so your parcel will be left in a safe place**
All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian dollars.
It is the customers' responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate and up to date. Please be certain your address is correct, before finalising your order. The shipping address for your order is shown at the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation email. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address and we cannot be liable for any loss associated.
If parcels are returned to us as RTS (return to sender) because of an incorrect or invalid address or as unclaimed, then we have the right to charge a redelivery fee to ship the order back out to your correct address. This redelivery fee charge will depend on the size and the location of your order.
*Please note that during busy sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience and we try to keep this to an absolute minimum.
**By submitting your order, you accept responsibility for items left at the delivery address. Please only enter an address that parcels can be safely left at that address.
Shipping costs across our store are at a flat rate of $7.00AUD.
You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund 14 days from returning your package to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
